Residences feature 11-foot ceilings, Savant Home Automation Systems, radiant-heated flooring throughout, oil-rubbed Danish oak flooring and motorized shades, Poliform walnut Danish kitchen cabinetry and island with Lagano marble countertop and backsplash, a Julien sink, Lefroy Brooks fixtures, and Sub-Zero, Miele and Viking appliances. Large gracious master bathrooms were designed with Dolomite marble flooring and walls, a freestanding tub, steam shower and private water closet.
