On May 16, more than 140 guests including real estate magnates and brokers, as well as celebrities gathered to celebrate the official unveiling of the beautifully designed private condo amenities, as well as a new model residence furnished by Ash at 30 Park Place Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown. In addition, Avenue Magazine celebrated its philanthropy issue and announced the AVENUE Altruism Awards. The soiree featured remarks by Managing Director of Corcoran Sunshine, Melissa Ziweslin, who introduced Avenue's President, Randi Schatz, and Editor-in-Chief, Michael Gross. The evening was highlighted by a speech from Nemcova who detailed her philanthropy contributions and spoke about personal experiences after recovering from a tsunami that nearly took her life.

Developed by Silverstein Properties and designed by world-renowned Robert A.M. Stern Architects, 30 Park Place, a 926-foot tower, which stands as the tallest condominium to grace the Downtown skyline, is now more than 80 percent sold. 30 Park Place features nearly 40,000 square feet of amenities, as well as a full suite of hotel services, all managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. The Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown sits below the private residences at 30 Park Place. The hotel is also home to CUT by Wolfgang Puck, the celebrity chef and restaurateur's first and only New York restaurant.
