Located on the 7th floor of the 27-story tower, the outdoor amenity deck features coveted green space for lounging and entertaining, complete with a barbecue area, seating and cabanas. A playground with an interactive water feature offers the building’s youngest residents a playful space of their own. The new open-air amenity enhances the socially-interactive lifestyle offered at The Alexander, which already includes such indoor shared spaces as a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio and strength-training equipment, a game room and social lounge with a kitchen and fireplace, an indoor children’s play room and an elegant lobby with 24-hour Concierge.

“Our goal from the onset was to create a building that not only takes full advantage of a prime location one block from subway service to Manhattan and just steps from numerous dining and shopping options, but also delivers a modern living experience to Rego Park,” said Geoff Smith, Vice President of Development for Vornado Realty Trust. “In terms of design, open living spaces, amenities and services, The Alexander does just that.”
