If Macy’s is known for anything in the US, it is their Thanksgiving Day Parade and their July 4th celebration that is televised and broadcast throughout the country. This half hour spectacle is truly spectacular on TV but words cannot describe it’s magnificence when seen in person.

One of the best vantages facing one of the barges is from Industry Kitchen in the South Street Seaport. With an unobstructed bird’s eye view of the East River and Brooklyn, the night sky is like a blank canvas lit by an awe inspiring display of lights. Coupled with the scrumptious American fare served at this waterfront hotspot, this is an event not to be missed and a perfect venue to celebrate America’s 240th Birthday.“

4th of July is one of my favorite holidays because of the significance of what Independence day represents, celebrating a unified nation and the heroism of those who protect us from harm’s way. In celebration of this, I host an annual fun filled viewing party at Industry Kitchen, which brings the entire community together, families and friends, and visitors from around the world to enjoy the festivities with delicious food, cocktails and the most spectacular view of the fireworks in NYC,” said Abraham Merchant – CEO Merchants Hospitality, Inc.
