Beautique, a modern, sleek yet romantic American restaurant showcasing market-fresh recipes and classic French cuisine, announced Alain Allegretti as the new Culinary Director for the New York City location. Chef Allegretti’s developed his culinary background in France and the United States, and his career in both countries stretches from helming the kitchens at legendary restaurants to launching three of his own.

Adding to Beautique’s summer menu, Chef Allegretti will be creating delicious plates including Tuna Tartare, crispy rice; pickled fennel & cucumber; toasted pistachio, Halibut, paella risotto cake; crispy asparagus; chorizo sauce; and Duck Breast, chimichurri butter; spinach spaetzle; wild mushrooms; spring onions.

In addition to welcoming Chef Alan to the team, Beautique, located on 58th Street between 5th & 6th Ave, is also celebrating its first year anniversary this summer. With the leadership of the Founder and President, Jon Bakhsi, Beautique just opened a second location within the Capri Hotel in Southampton, where Chef Greg Grossman executing Chef Allegrettis dishes in its kitchen.
