The Oscar/Golden Globe/Emmy/Tony/Grammy and Drama Desk Award-winner still plans to spend a lot of time in the Big Apple, but plans to move to the West Coast with family and friends.

The Public Theater announced a one-week extension for the New York premiere of Eclipsed, written by Danai Gurira, featuring Academy Award winner Lupita Nyong’o in her New York stage debut. This powerful story of survival and resilence began previews at The Public Theater on Tuesday, September 29 and was originally scheduled to run through Sunday, November 8.
