With Allegretti now leading Beautique's culinary team, the restaurant introduced a refreshed menu, which highlights Chef Allegretti's cooking style emphasizing fresh, artistic plates with a French flare.

"We are thrilled to have Chef Allegretti join our culinary team," says Owner Jon Bakhshi. "He is an exceptional talent who not only brings a new youthful energy and ingenuity to our team, but is also a chef who demonstrates acute business acumen and true leadership. Having ran his own restaurants and worked for respected culinary establishments, Chef Allegretti is the ideal person to lead our dedicated and talented kitchen team."

Allegretti brings over ten years of culinary experience to Beautique, having honed his skills in French, American, and Italian cuisine at several Michelin-Starred restaurants, including Restaurant Le Chantecler at Notel Negresco in Nice, Chez Chapel in Mionnay, and Restaurant le Louis XV in Monte Carlo. Allegretti arrived on the New York restaurant scene in 2001 assuming the position of Co-Executive Chef at Le Cirque, and in 2005, moved on to serve as Executive Chef at the Ritz-Carlton's restaurant, Atelier, where he earned a Michelin-Star.
