INSTRATA at Mercedes House is comprised of 162 luxury rental apartments located on the top 11 floors of architectural masterpiece, Mercedes House. Designed by Enrique Norton, world-renowned architect and principal of the design firm TEN Arquitectos, Mercedes House, located in the culturally vibrant neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen at 550 West 54th Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues, is a New York City design icon.
