Le Meridien’s global chic program “Au Soleil: a Summer Soirée by Le Méridien” recently launched and to celebrate the chic Parisian-born brand held a stylish event on Shelter Island on July 29th hosted by Town & Country Magazine. Chef Frank DeCarlo was on hand preparing fresh bites in George Fleck’s open kitchen in the backyard along with Marie Eiffel preparing signature French desserts for the evening.
