Bodily Renaissance

Bodily Renaissance

By Kim Watkins

Exercise standards frustrate you - you don't have time to go to the gym
five days a week. Healthy eating habits befuddle you - too many options
and overwhelming consumerism of food products. Everywhere you look you see
photos and videos of the magic bullet. If only you could capture it,
right?

Like most people you probably know deep down that no such magic bullet
exists. Unfortunately you haven't perhaps been willing to make the
commitment. Wellness requires daily work, on both sides of the equation.
You need a bodily renaissance, a revival of thoughtful knowledge about the
human body. A reflection of and return to simple but elegant attention
paid to your anatomy.

Excess fat, underdeveloped muscles, weak bones and joints, and poor organ
function are mastermind criminals of our time. They cause every single
lifestyle disease we know today. And they are wiping out thousands and
thousands of people every single minute - it may not be you today but
think about it.

To start your bodily renaissance, you absolutely have to wage a war on
these four bad guys. Forget the rest of the reasons to exercise and eat
right - you want to live! You want to enjoy life, do and have more - of
everything. And you can, but you have to start right now.

The most important steps to take:
1. Eat right 85-90% of the time. It's ok to indulge a couple times a
week.
2. Strengthen your muscles with a daily exercise regimen in your home
(20-30 minutes).
3. Sleep 7-9 hours at least six days a week and get outside for a little
dose of sunshine every day.

Resurrect simplicity; your body is worth it!
