There’s no argument that New York is the center of the theatrical world. Second best is London’s West End and actors there pine for the opportunity to appear on a New York stage.
But Broadway isn’t the only opportunity for actors. Even top-notch actors from around the world flock to New York’s Off-Broadway theaters. They are smaller, far less expensive, offer an opportunity to get up close and personal with the audience and more often than not provide a quality performance.
One such show on a limited run I The Big Uncut Flick by Grayce Productions. They have brought Todd Michael’s loving parody of Hollywood films The Big Uncut Flick to Theatre Row’s Studio Theatre, 410 West 42nd Street, NYC, running through December 17th. The limited engagement is directed by Synge Maher and features Timothy J. Cox, Melissa Firlit, Craig MacArthur, Meg Mark, Todd Michael, Dan Morrison, J. Richey Nash and David L. Zweirs.
