The menu at BLT is similar to that of the one in the United States, which gives an at-home type dining experience; the popovers are to die for, the filet is superb, and the burrata is perfection. Solanio boasts typical Italian cuisine for dinner and a buffet style like breakfast. I recommend the lobster ravioli. Casual dining options include the Divi Bar located in the main lobby of the hotel, which serves drinks, sushi, and appetizers. Or opt for the poolside grill for lunch at the Madero Latin Grill, with many different options.
