• Fishkill Farm Apple Baked in Salt Crust (rosemary, dried fall fruit streusel, juniper-pine cider ice cream)



If you’re visiting in the Spring or Fall, enjoy a meal or drink at the outdoor patio area which overlooks Beacon Falls. Cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy a ph_viewcocktail in The Lounge. Take a seat at the steel bar under the glowing pendant lamps and relax to the sounds of the flowing rapids of the creeks.
