The restaurant also offers its unique line of delicious tasting craft signature and classic cocktails, locally sourced craft beers, and a balanced selection of sparkling, red and white wines.  Some of the most popular drinks include the "Electric Islander" comprised of Eldorado 3 yr. aged Demerara Rum, fresh carrot, lime and ginger juices, Siropde Canne, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, Star Anise, "Winter in Brazil", a blend of Cachaca, tangerines, limes, and maple sugar, "Bianco Cobbler" made with Dolin Blanc, blackberries, sage leaves, and fresh lemon juice, "Where There's Smoke", a mix of Puebla Viejo Tequila Blanco, fresh lime and pomegranate juices, orange Curacao, jalapeno, mezcal and Hellfire Habanero Bitters and the "Tartan Changshan", a scotch-based signature cocktail whose star ingredient is the King's Ginger liqueur, sourced from 300-year-old London wine merchant Berry Bros. & Rudd.
