Entrepreneur, fashionista and model agency owner Dale Noelle has been one of her generation's most successful and sought after fitting models. She has worked with the world's most important fashion designers, including Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein and Oscar de la Renta. Luxury European brands and clothing manufacturers turned to Noelle to check the drape and visual appearance of garments that were sold to consumers for nearly two decades. She was one of FORD's top models from the early 90's to 2008, posing for dozens of mass retail companies such as the GAP, and Limited. "My love of the fashion industry began during my childhood while spending time at my father's clothing factories. I learned to create and tailor my own designs as well as work with different teams," she remembers. "After obtaining my degrees in business and marketing, I worked as a clothing production manager, sales representative and designer. I was also an owner of a clothing company license before finding my calling as a fitting model."

Using her experience and knowledge of the modeling industry, Noelle founded TRUE Model Management, a full service management company that represents all sizes and categories of fitting models while embracing a vast network of clients to connect models with showroom, trade show, print, runway and commercial talent jobs. "We find the best fit for both our models and our clients," Noel says. "I do not believe in extreme standards for anyone. At TRUE, we guide models to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle and physique that they can happily maintain long-term with minimal stress on the body." Though headquartered in New York City, TRUE represents talent throughout the world and has close ties with many of the most influential names in fashion including Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY and Victoria's Secret. "The misconception is that models are superficial and that they are all are super thin. In reality, many models are well educated, philanthropic, healthy and athletic," she states. Noelle originally created TRUE to manage her own career, but clients repeatedly requested her to provide referrals for additional models. "Being a model, you have to be a liaison and work with a number of different teams," explains Noelle. "I love connecting people and helping them reach their goals and dreams."
