Longtime restaurant duo, Ben & Jack Sinanaj, made sure that the menu fits the high-standard the restaurant holds and most certainly beefy, with a large selection offering from the famed Porterhouse to the Prime New York sirloin. To ensure quality, Ben & Jack’s Midwestern prime beef is dry aged on the premises for 21 to 28 days. The porterhouse for two, three, or four is served alongside its king-sized bone, and is cooked to perfection ensuring that the meat is silky and lean. The menu also sports other favorites such as the Chilean Sea Bass and Grilled Norwegian Salmon while other steakhouse traditions, creamed spinach as well as various styles of potatoes among others, round out the menu. To accompany the meticulously assembled menu, an excellent wine list is in place, offering great wines complementary to Ben & Jack’s outstanding steak. The list boasts in its substantial variety, showcasing Europe’s finest, as well as Californian beauty.
