Spring Galas Abound
The social season is in full swing with a plethora of spring galas, where philanthropists, socialites, artists, and business moguls come together for the greater good of those in need.
ICMEC at Gotham Hall
The International Center of Missing and Exploited Children held its Gala for Childhood Protection at Gotham Hall, honoring renowned artist Jeff Koons, his wife Justine Koons, and Microsoft, while raising over $1.3 Million. On hand to celebrate were presenter Ashton Kutcher, Heidi Klum, Vito Schnabel, and other luminaries in art and philanthropy. Photos by Patrick McMullan



NYSPCC Luncheon
The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children held its annual luncheon at the Pierre Hotel, raising over $275,000 for the agency's Trauma Recovery Program, which offers specialized therapy for children ages 5-21, who have endured physical or sexual abuse, chronic neglect, traumatic bereavement, or who have witnessed family violence. Guests included New York Times' best selling author Regina Calcaterra who delivered a powerful and inspiring speech about her childhood spent on the streets and in foster homes. Hollywood Domino Cannes
The 6th Annual star studded Hollywood Domino Cannes Gala was hosted by Benicio del Toro, at the renowned Belle Epoque Villa St. George, to benefit victims of the recent Nepal Earthquake through "Action Contre La Faim," (Action Against Hunger) a global humanitarian non-profit organization. Action Against Hunger has been running life-saving programs in Nepal since 2005 and is now focused on providing clean water, food, and psychological support to women and children suffering from trauma after the Earthquake.
