Anbau Celebrates Groundbreaking of Citizen360 in Yorkville

The SHoP Architects-designed residential tower is slated for completion in early 2017

NEW YORK, NY — October 8, 2015 —  Anbau, a leading developer of luxury residential properties in New York City, has broken ground on Citizen360, a luxury condominium located at 360 East 89^th Street. The SHoP Architects designed 34-story building will add 84 residences to the historic Yorkville neighborhood on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

Services include a 24-hour doorman and indoor, on-site parking services for purchase. Sales are anticipated to start in fall 2015.
