The hotel could be mistaken as being the headquarters of the Entertainment industry's annual award season: The International Ballroom hosts the annual Golden Globe Awards Show, which has been held at The Beverly Hilton for over fifty years in early January.  The headline industry act in February at The Beverly Hilton is Clive Davis's annual Pre-Grammy Awards Gala which bringing together the best talent in the music world to perform privately for a select audience.

Ahead of the March Academy Awards, the Oscar Nominee Luncheon, hosted by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' board of governors, is a further annual fixture at The Beverly Hilton.  The event celebrating this year's noms for the 88th Oscars drew about 150 nominees. Among the attendees were most Best Actor and Best Actress noms (minus Michael Fassbender and Cate Blanchett), all the Best Director noms including just-minted DGA winner Alejandro González Iñárritu and almost all the nominated producers. In addition, the BATFA LA Britannia Awards in November each year. At the 2015 BAFTA LA Britannia Awards, celebrity guests included the likes of Meryl Streep, James Corden, Sam Mendes, Orlando Bloom, Amy Schumer, and Harrison Ford. The Academy Award Nominees Luncheon and the Hollywood Awards are both held at The Beverly Hilton.

As part of the centenary of Beverly Hills, The Beverly Hilton is one of five local hotels participating in the 'Suite 100' initiative where properties redesign a suite to represent a decade from the last century.
