Housed in a charming and historic 1920s Upper East Side townhouse, Blu on Park offers unparalleled American cuisine created by the talented Executive Chef Rory O’Farrell in an extraordinary atmosphere. Spanning three floors, Blue on Park feels like you are dining in a friend’s posh home. The first floor is bedecked in a luxurious blue and gold palette featuring a bar and a lounge that serves innovative cocktails, selected wines and draft beer. Here guests can enjoy the lighter bar menu serving top-notch creations, such as Tuna Poke, which is a Hawaiian style tuna tartare, cucumber, baby radish and mango yuzu vinaigrette. Or enjoy their nightly happy hour from 5-7 that pairs delicious tapas and well priced cocktails.

The second floor is a mezzanine dining area, which feels like a sophisticated steakhouse. Customers can indulge in succulent steaks or Blu On Park’s famous oyster bar featuring an extensive raw bar. Other delicacies include the mouthwatering crab cakes, herb roasted whole branzino and the wasabi pea tuna which speak to seafood lovers. For carnivores, try the dry aged Porterhouse, which is sufficient for two, or three, or even four people, or the Tomahawk, which is meant for two people.For lunch, guests can expect a wide range of gourmet dishes including vegan dishes as well. The delicious Kataifi Tofu features grilled vegetables, red pepper and lemon grass broth. For all those who do not want to pass on fish and meat, the restaurant’s signature gourmet dishes such as the 18oz. Ribeye and Grilled Wild Salmon are some of the most popular lunch items.

As brunch is a New York City institution, their indulgent brunch menu offers decadent choices such as Nutella Pancakes of Almond Crusted French Toast. For those with a savory palate try the more refined creations, such as the Burger à la Blu or the Pan Crusted Grouper Sandwich.
