Modern and luxurious spaces and cutting-edge technology blend together aboard the newly-launched Celebrity Edge ship, which will prove to be a game-changer in the cruising industry.
At the forefront of the Edge is their revolutionary technology throughout the ship. One of the highlights is the Magic Carpet, a floating cantilevered platform that can rise from the second level to board the tender ships to the top level of the ship, offering breathtaking views with a space that transforms as it reaches new levels. At the very top, it offers an unforgettable dining experience with Dinner on the Edge as you dine under the stars in an alfresco setting. On the 14th floor, it becomes a shaded extension of the pool deck, and on deck 5, it transforms into a chic eatery.
At the heart of the ship is the open plan, three-story Grand Plaza that functions as the central social hub and home to the Martini Bar featuring live music and a synchronized light show; Café al Bacio, an Italian-inspired café; and several specialty restaurants. The beautiful meeting area was inspired by the piazzas in Italy with an atmosphere that changes from day to night.
EDEN is a lush landscaped playground offers three stories of windows with breathtaking views over the ocean and natural light in the day that transforms in the evening to an intriguing premium dining space downstairs with an interactive theatrical experience upstairs in the lounge.
At the top of the ship is the beautifully-landscaped Rooftop Garden that offers a resort-like atmosphere amongst exotic flora. It’s a quiet respite by day to relax and enjoy the sun and ocean breeze or to dine alfresco with a sunset bar for the best views at dusk. Another bonus: the area turns into an outdoor movie venue by night.

Before or after a treatment, relax in the tranquil SEA Thermal suite which is complementary to all Aqua Class guests. It features eight treatment experiences including the hammam, crystalarium, salt room, steam room, infrared sauna room, float room, rainfall water therapy room, and the quiet heated tile loungers overlooking the ocean.
Taste the flavors of the world with 29 food and beverage options to choose from that were designed by a Michelin-starred chef. One of the most unique experiences is the Le Petit Chef and Friends, designed by Skullmapping and presented by TableMation to create a 3D table animation while you dine. These animated mini chefs come from Italy, Japan, Spain and France, and they pop up on your table as they magically prepare each dish in front of your eyes.
The large formal dining rooms for complementary main dining options have been redesigned into boutique dining venues with their own atmosphere that matches the regional specialty such as French, modern American, Italian and Greek/Mediterranean cuisine.
Exclusive for suite-class guests is Luminae at the Retreat, which is the highest-rated restaurant on board with a daily changing menu. Aqua class guests can exclusively dine at Blu, which has created an inventive and bold menu inspired by spa cuisine with seasonal ingredients and biodynamic wine pairings on hand.

This winter and spring, the Celebrity Edge will sail in the Caribbean and later move to the Mediterranean from May through October.
