The award winning Blue Ribbon Sushi has a fun and casual atmosphere with a warm and inviting 120 seat dining room.  Their a la carte menu features their signature hot delicacies including A5 Wagyu steaks, Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna and Eel Sauce, Chicken Teriyaki with Broccolini, and of course Blue Ribbon’s world-renowned Fried Chicken Wings with Wasabi Honey.  Also known for their fresh and innovative sushi and seafood masterpieces, such as their spicy lobster roll, buttery and spicy Hamachi Usuzukuri and the cult favorite Roasted Wild Bluefin Tuna Collar.  The one-of-a-kind dish is often referred to as the “Short Rib of the Sea” to describe its texture and flavor with a crispy soy glaze. Caught in local New England waters, the Roasted Wild Bluefin Tuna Collar is available in extremely limited quantities, as local seafood purveyor Wulf’s Fish only sells 5-10 per day. The dish is prepared by Chef Dan Bazzinotti and served in a way that is completely unique to the restaurant. Over the course of two days, Chef Bazzinotti then prepares the tuna by marinating the fish overnight in a mixture of spices and citrus, which is followed by a slow-roasting process.

For those looking for a more formal set menu, the Mediterranean influenced Pescador will offer a New Years 5 course tasting menu and champagne toast with seatings available from 9:30 pm- 10:15 pm for $125.
