Probably one of my all-time favorites from last summer. Studio 89 is a premier fitness studio offering a range of high-end fitness classes, including yoga, Pilates, barre, and strength training. Their classes are led by experienced instructors who provide personalized attention to each participant. With state-of-the-art facilities and a serene atmosphere, Studio 89 is the perfect place to unwind and strengthen your body.

Dates: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from June to August
Experience a challenging and invigorating workout with Beachside Bootcamp. Located right on the beach, this exclusive outdoor fitness class offers a combination of cardio, strength training, and beach-inspired exercises. The breathtaking ocean view and fresh sea breeze make this boot camp a truly exceptional fitness experience.
Hamptons Barre & Brunch
Dates: Select Sundays throughout the summer
Indulge in a luxury fitness and dining experience with Hamptons Barre & Brunch. This unique pop-up event combines a rejuvenating barre class with a delicious brunch at some of the Hamptons’ finest restaurants. After a calorie-burning workout, treat yourself to a gourmet meal while socializing with fellow fitness enthusiasts.
Erika Bloom Pilates
Where to Workout in the Hamptons question comes to an end at Erika Bloom Pilates. Erika Bloom Pilates goes far beyond your standard reformer class; the studio exclusively offers one on one sessions, so you get a truly personalized experience that’s tailored to your individual needs. If you want to try it out with a pal, though, you can book a duet session for just the two of you. She has studios on the Upper East Side, Tribeca, LA, and Turks and Caicos, as well as Hamptons outposts in Water Mill and Amagansett. Erika Bloom and her instructors are incredibly knowledgable and well-versed on all things Pilates and movement, of course, but a session isn’t just about exercise; instead, it’s a complete holistic wellness experience, and I always feel so much stronger and more aligned after a class. $200 per private session
The BARN SoulCycle

SUP Yoga at Montauk Harbor

Between the adorable merch and effective workout, New York Pilates is one of our favorite low-impact workouts. The studio offers a limited number of reformer machines, providing the perfect group workout sans overcrowding. Both group classes such as the Abs Arms Ass Reformer Class and private sessions are available. P.S. The brand is opening its 8th location this weekend in Bridgehampton! This spacious location will house 24 reformer machines and a retail selection.
Topping Rose House

Topping Rose House’s fitness program welcomes some of the fitness industry’s biggest names, and this summer is exclusively offering classes with the ness, a dance-based, movement-focused fitness method that offers workouts both on and off the trampoline. Instructions include Aly Giampolo and Jess and Lil Aronoff. Get ready to bounce your way to a brand-new physique!
