The partnership between a legendary 3 Star Michelin restaurant and the world's leading caviar purveyor will feature a unique 10-course caviar menu paired with exquisite wines. The black-tie centennial celebration will begin with a Dom Pérignon and caviar reception with Alexandre Petrossian, caviar expert and grandson of the founder of Petrossian, in The Inn's colonial ballroom. Guests will enjoy passed caviar canapés and hors d'oeuvres, an oyster bar, blini station and vintage Dom Pérignon.

Petrossian, started by two Armenian refugees who immigrated to France, began selling caviar in 1920 and is now a third-generation family dynasty headquartered in Paris.

"As our longest-standing Michelin-starred partner, the Inn has always employed exquisite care and creativity when serving our caviar. It's been a wonderful collaboration, and we're honored to celebrate our century of sophistication and savior faire with them. Here's to many, many more luxurious years to come," says Alexandre Petrossian, President of Petrossian.

Since opening The Inn in 1978, Chef Patrick O'Connell, often referred to as the Pope of American Cuisine has introduced Americans to whimsical and innovative ways to serve and enjoy caviar. The 10-course all-caviar centennial dinner menu will feature some of The Inn's classic favorites, such as the Tin of Sin, and unveil new dishes created especially for the occasion, including Shrimp and Caviar Tacos, Lilliputian Caviar Ice Cream Cones and Kobe Beef with Caviar-Bone Marrow Custard. We will pair each course with carefully chosen wines to elevate and enhance the nuances of caviar from worldwide sources.

"The Inn's mission has always been to seek out the finest of everything," shares Patrick O'Connell, Proprietor and Chef, The Inn at Little Washington, "and when it comes to caviar, Petrossian is unsurpassed. Over the decades, caviar has inspired many of our most wonderful dishes. We treasure our long-standing relationship with this outstanding family and congratulate Petrossian on this historic milestone."
