Caribbean Luxury, Reimagined for 2025
Perched along a crescent bay on Grenada’s unspoiled southern coast, Six Senses La Sagesse is more than a retreat—it’s a gentle recalibration of modern luxury. And with a suite of new culinary, cultural, and wellness offerings now live for summer and fall 2025, the property is reaffirming its position as one of the Caribbean’s most thoughtful high-end destinations.
From a new sushi bar that pairs pristine seafood with tropical air, to carnival-inspired spa treatments and a four-tiered digital detox program, these curated additions offer guests the chance to experience the island through all five senses—and maybe rediscover a sixth along the way.
Greens Sushi Debuts with Japanese Precision and Caribbean Calm
There’s a new reason to dine in at La Sagesse—or under the stars. Now open Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Greens Sushi is the resort’s latest culinary concept: a serene, Japanese-inspired oasis tucked among Grenada’s natural flora. Expect crisp hosomaki, delicate sashimi, and poke bowls made to order with island-sourced produce and premium cuts. Guests can enjoy counter service or opt for sushi delivery directly to their villa, private pool deck, or the nearby Callaloo lounge.
Surrounded by warm breezes and curated simplicity, Greens captures the essence of the Six Senses ethos: “good food, good mood”—with every bite plated with purpose.
Spa Meets Spicemas: A Wellness Carnival in Full Color
Timed to coincide with Spicemas Carnival (August 6–13), the resort’s spa has launched a trio of vibrant treatment journeys designed to match the season’s sensory energy. Each experience blends wellness rituals with subtle nods to Grenadian culture and history.
“Vibes & Vitality” offers a pre-fête boost featuring a hydrating chocolate body wrap, a deep revival massage, and a relaxed head massage, finished with a bio-hacking spa session ($215 USD+). The menu also includes “Island JAB”, a post-carnival detox ritual with charcoal wraps, lymphatic massage, and herbal tea recovery ($205 USD++), and “A Reveler’s Retreat”, ideal for mid-party pauses or next-day restoration. At $223 USD++, the latter includes sauna and steam access, a citrus scrub, and a 60-minute facial designed to revive parade-tired skin.
Four Levels of Digital Detox, Zero Guilt Required
True to its name, La Sagesse (“wisdom”) invites travelers to disconnect—and not just from their inboxes. The Digital Detox Program is a graduated immersion into stillness, mindfulness, and intentional reconnection.
Level 1: Unplugged Meals replaces screens with shared conversation and Yondr phone cases at the table.
Level 2: Unplugged Moments pairs island excursions—like the Reggae Fields Journey or Seven Sisters hike—with tech-free bonding.
Level 3: Unplugged Rooms includes in-room games and creative kits for screen-free family connection.
Level 4: Unplugged Experiences is a full-on wellness residency, complete with sound healing, meditation, yoga nidra, and alchemy bar rituals under the stars. Nightly rates for Level 4 begin at $850 USD and include all programming, meals, and signature Six Senses touches.
It’s a modern antidote to digital fatigue, offered with Caribbean generosity and care.
Stay Longer, Unwind Deeper: A Third Night on the House
For travelers who need one more excuse to stay, the resort is now offering a complimentary third night with any three-night booking through December 22, 2025. The package includes daily breakfast, full spa access, and time to linger a little longer in a place where deadlines feel distant.
Grenada Becomes Even Easier to Reach
As of December 20, 2025, Delta Air Lines will launch daily nonstop flights between Atlanta (ATL) and Maurice Bishop International Airport (GND)—a welcome expansion for U.S.-based guests eyeing spontaneous getaways or extended winter breaks.
