Meditation at LongHouse this summer will focus on the pleasures of Getting to Know the Esoteric HEART. For centuries artist and the artist in everyone have used the symbol of the heart to convey feelings of love.

Tantrikas or students of the sacred Tantric teachings of India learn exercises that open a relationship with one's own heart that is fulfilling, exciting and productive in terms of learning awareness of one's own being. This awareness manifest as peace of mind, courage, intuition, and strength to complete projects or make lifestyle changes.

Come join us each Saturday morning during June, July and August and learn how to listen and discern what your heart is saying. We will be on the main lawn from 8-9 AM. Please bring a beach chair. A contribution to LongHouse of $20 is appreciated.– Jim Owen
