Bottled Blonde Pizzeria + Beer Garden Opened Its Doors in Wynwood

Miami, FL (March 9, 2022) – Evening Entertainment Group (EEG), led by Diane and Les Corieri, is pleased to announce the opening of its first Miami location, Arizona-based concept Bottled Blonde Pizzeria + Beer Garden. The high-energy restaurant known as a destination for sports and entertainment will feature contemporary Italian cuisine and over-the-top cocktails opened its doors on March 2022, in Wynwood.

The restaurant's vibrant menu will include a selection of antipasto, seafood, pasta, pizza, salads, and more. Signature items will include Wagyu Meatballs, Rigatoni Vodka, Bucatini with Lobster, and Barolo Braised Short Ribs. Also on the menu, Oreo Bombs with amaretto whipped cream. Bottled Blonde's extensive beverage program will feature new monthly signature cocktails, a 100-oz. mimosa tower, and bottle service. In addition, the restaurant boasts a variety of beers, including crafted, local and imported.

The 9,000-square-foot open-air venue will showcase a rustic yet relaxed ambiance with whimsical installations of pin-up girls and artistic nods to the classic East Coast brewery throughout. With 49 HDTVs, two 24-foot projector walls, two 15-foot LED walls, and large premium booths and tables, Bottled Blonde will be the ideal game watching venue for sports enthusiasts. Guests will see a variety of seasonal college, professional sports, and UFC fights. After dark, Bottled Blonde transforms into a lively night club complete with high-tech sound and lighting systems, VIP tables with private wait staff, and a unique offering of bottle service presentations and sparkler shows.

A weekend brunch menu will be available Saturday and Sunday from 12 PM – 4PM. Happy Hour will take place Monday – Friday from 4 PM – 7PM and will include $8 drinks, $9 frozen drinks, $10 draft margaritas, and $12 pizzas. On Sunday, a Mind Eraser $12 cocktail menu will be offered all day with signature drinks that include, Pucker Up made with lemon vodka, lemonade, sprite, and watermelon red bull, Spark Plug made with cold brew coffee, liquor 43, and oat milk and Spicy Mami made with tequila, watermelon puckers, tabasco, and soda water.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 4 PM – 3 AM, Saturday and Sunday from 12 PM – 3 AM.
