A hotel designed around a restaurant concept has been proven successful by Nobu Matsuhisa and now celebrity chef Todd English is entering into the hospitality game with The English Hotel, which opens this month in Las Vegas' burgeoning Arts District, under Marriott's Tribute Portfolio Collection.

I've been fortunate enough to call Todd English a good friend for the last two decades, and of all the people I have encountered in my life, he epitomizes the very definition of a bon vivant who enjoys life to the fullest on his terms.
