The producers of ShowHamptons, organizers of the renowned international fine art fair, Hamptons Fine Art Fair, have revealed the impressive lineup of exhibitors for the year 2023. This eagerly anticipated fourth annual event will showcase a staggering collection of 10,000 artworks from 130 national and international galleries. Taking place from July 13 to 16, 2023, the fair will occupy a magnificent custom-built 70,000 sq. ft. pavilion complex spread across 17 acres at Southampton Fairgrounds.

Art enthusiasts attending the fair will have access to over $150 million worth of post-war and contemporary art. The Pollock, de Kooning, and Luxury Pavilions will house a remarkable selection of more than 800 celebrated artists, with a particular focus on emerging talents, blue-chip masters, and elegant decorative pieces. Sculptural masterpieces will also grace the exhibition. The Opening Night Benefit and Preview is expected to draw over 3,500 influential guests, with an overall attendance projection of 12,000 throughout the weekend.

Kicking off the fair on July 13th, the VIP Opening Night Vernissage will serve as a charitable event benefiting Guild Hall. Sponsored by Rivage Bal Harbour and The Residences at Six Fisher Island and hosted by Luxe Interiors + Design, this glamorous and highly anticipated evening promises to be one of the most stylish events of the summer season in The Hamptons.

On July 14th, in celebration of Bastille Day, the fair will host the mid-summer Tea Dance & LGBTQ+ fundraiser at the VIP Krasner Café @ HFAF. This vibrant and artistic gathering aims to unite the LGBTQ+ community in support of the Edie Windsor and Thea Spyer Foundation. With a delightful Francophile theme, attendees will enjoy delectable bites and champagne cocktails, while also having the opportunity to participate in a blue-chip art silent auction.

The Hamptons Fine Art Fair 2023 Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place on July 15th, honoring five artists selected by the fair committee. Weill Cornell Medicine proudly presents this prestigious event. The talented local artists being recognized include Fay Lansner (Keyes Gallery, Sag Harbor, NY), Cornelia Foss (MMFine Art, Southampton, NY), Tony Rosenthal (T. Rosenthal Art, Southampton, NY), John Ferren (Findlay Galleries, New York NY), and Hans Van De Bovenkamp (RL Studios. Charlotte, NC). Their remarkable artwork will be available for acquisition both during the event and throughout the fair.

Rick Friedman, the Executive Director of Hamptons Fine Art Fair, shared his vision for the fair, stating, “Our aim is to provide art enthusiasts in the Hamptons with a thoughtfully curated selection of significant 20th and 21st-century art, spanning from emerging artists to blue-chip masters. This event will offer the most extensive and diverse collection of important art ever seen in the Hamptons.”

The 2023 edition of the fair is generously supported by Gold sponsors, including Weill Cornell Medicine, Rivage Bal Harbour, The Residences Six Fisher Island, Luxury Bazaar, and Abushi.
