In celebration of the longest day of the year, Eataly NYC Downtown's hosting a Sips of Summer party from 6pm to 8pm. The two-hour unlimited tasting event will include chilled bubbles, rosé, and seasonal Eatalian cocktails and bites such as rose sorbetto, crostini with avocado mousse and salmon, focaccia with ricotta and fig, Aperol watermelon spritzes, Montenegro mules, and more. As guests stroll through the various stations, local producers and Eataly experts will be on hand to answer any questions. Tickets are available here.
