Yield: Makes two Burgers

Buttermilk Dill Sauce: Mix the mayo and buttermilk; Add spices and fresh chopped dill; Mix together using a whisk; Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Making the Burger:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Using a saute pan or cast-iron skillet, place the pan on medium high heat. Ensure the pan is hot.

Method:
Bake wings or fry brined wings until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Wings can be fried at 350 degrees or baked at 425 degrees.
Toss 6 wings with ½ cup sauce.
Stack on top of each other on the plate.
Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
Serve with buttermilk dill sauce and fresh lime wedges.
For The Buttermilk Dill Sauce: Mix mayo, buttermilk, spices and fresh chopped dill and mix using a whisk; Season with salt and pepper to taste.
For The Korean BBQ Sauce: Ingredients: 1/8 cup lime juice; 1/8 cup sriracha; 1 teaspoon sesame oil; 1 tablespoon blended kimchee; 1 cup base BBQ sauce. Method: Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix with a whisk until all ingredients are incorporated.

Ingredients: Slider buns; 1 tsp. Basil Ricotta; 1 fl.oz Mozzarella; 1 slice Provolone; 2 fl. oz. Pizza Sauce; 1 Meatball
Directions:
Deep fry 3 Meatballs for 2 min or until golden brown and warm inside. Transfer to a plate.
Top each Meatball with 2 fl. oz. of Pizza Sauce, 1 slice of Provolone and 1 fl. oz. of Mozzarella.
Place in the broiler for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Place one Meatball each on top of the bottom bun, and pour any residual sauce over the top.
