Guided by Riviera Dining Group founder Gregory Galy and a team deeply rooted in French hospitality, CLAUDIE is a masterclass in culinary excellence, ambiance, and immersive design.

At the helm of CLAUDIE’s kitchen is Chef Michaël Michaelidis, a culinary virtuoso whose expertise has contributed to the Michelin-starred acclaim of Le Louis XV-Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon establishments. His vision for CLAUDIE centers on "la Cuisine du Soleil", a vibrant interpretation of French-Mediterranean cuisine that pays homage to legendary Riviera chefs like Roger Vergé.
