Maple & Ash Miami: A Fiery New Standard in Luxury Steakhouse Dining

America’s Top-Grossing Steakhouse Arrives at Miami Worldcenter with Opulence, Attitude, and an Unrivaled Culinary Experience

When it comes to steakhouses, Maple & Ash has never been one to follow the rules. Now, the award-winning concept from Maple Hospitality Group is turning up the heat in Miami, opening its most ambitious location yet at Miami Worldcenter. With a two-story, 22,000-square-foot space, MICHELIN-starred culinary craftsmanship, and an audaciously indulgent menu, this isn’t just another restaurant—it’s a full-throttle experience that blurs the lines between fine dining and pure revelry.

A New Era of Steakhouse Sophistication

Under the guidance of Chef Danny Grant, Maple & Ash has mastered the art of making luxury dining feel effortless.

“We are thrilled to join the Miami community, where diners appreciate refinement alongside a sense of fun and spontaneity. Building on the incredible success of our Chicago and Scottsdale locations, this expansion marks an exciting time for Maple & Ash as Miami’s culinary landscape has evolved significantly over the past decade, now emphasizing quality and sophistication across all facets of dining.”

That philosophy is reflected in every bite, from the lavishly over-the-top Wagyu Experience, featuring authentic Kobe beef sourced straight from Japan, to the Fire-Roasted Seafood Tower, a sizzling take on the classic raw bar, where shellfish meets the flame and gets a finishing touch of garlic butter and chili oil. The menu’s unapologetic attitude shines brightest in its “I Don’t Give a F@k” tasting menu*, where guests relinquish control and let the chefs orchestrate a culinary surprise. And for those who like their decadence with a touch of nostalgia, the Sundae Service reinvents a childhood classic with a luxurious, table-side twist.

Wine, Cocktails, and the Art of the Pour

No steakhouse worth its salt skimps on the drinks, and Maple & Ash takes its beverage program just as seriously as its wood-fired steaks. Recognized by Wine Spectator as one of the most outstanding wine programs in the world, the restaurant offers a staggering 2,500-bottle wine list, spanning iconic vintages, cult favorites, and under-the-radar gems. On the cocktail side, expect theatrics and craftsmanship in equal measure.

The IDGAF Old Fashioned is a statement piece, swirling Glenfiddich 21-year, Pedro Ximénez, and a maple reduction with amaro, chocolate truffle bitters, and a flourish of 24-karat gold. The Wild Jorge, a tropical yet fiery mix of Patrón Silver, aloe, kumquat aperitif, coconut, lime, and habanero bitters, captures the spirit of Miami in a single glass. And, of course, the Espresso Martini Tower ensures that celebrations go late into the night.

Where Design Meets Drama

A feast for the senses goes beyond the plate. Designed by Studio K, Maple & Ash Miami exudes theatrical luxury, with each space offering its own distinctive vibe. The Upside Palm, a striking installation of 10,464 crystal beads, serves as a dazzling focal point, reimagining Miami’s iconic palm trees with a dose of opulence. The open kitchen brings energy to the space, allowing diners a front-row seat to the action, while intimate “nooks” like Bar Bocuse and Petit Bocuse offer exclusive tasting experiences complete with Champagne, caviar, and Jamón Ibérico.

Unique to Miami is Studio at Maple & Ash, a hidden jewel within the restaurant that balances the sophistication of a lounge with the mystique of a speakeasy.
