Maman and Martha Stewart Join Forces for a Seasonal Culinary Collaboration Launching Nationwide
Just in time for summer, two beloved names in food and lifestyle—Maman and Martha Stewart—have partnered to launch a yearlong culinary collaboration, bringing a fresh and flavorful rotation of seasonal offerings to Maman locations across the U.S. The partnership, announced by Marquee Brands, debuts on June 5th with a five-item summer menu, introducing guests to a new chapter of elevated comfort through the lens of America’s most trusted tastemaker.
For Maman co-founder Elisa Marshall, the collaboration is personal.
“Partnering with Martha Stewart is truly a dream come true. As we celebrate 10 years of Maman, this collaboration is such a special way to honor the woman who inspired so much of my journey.”
Elisa Marshall, Maman Co-Founder
From SoHo roots to a national lifestyle brand with over 45 locations in cities like New York, D.C., Toronto, and Miami, Maman has earned a devoted following for its artfully styled interiors and seasonally driven menus. Now, with Martha Stewart’s signature touch, guests can expect even more warmth and whimsy—served by the cup, tart, and sugar bun.
The Summer Menu: Five Seasonal Highlights
The first of four seasonal menu drops, the summer collection celebrates fresh ingredients and Martha’s signature approach to simple sophistication. Available at all classic Maman cafés and select petite Maman locations nationwide, the new items include:
Martha’s Red Iced Tea with Citrus & Berries
A hibiscus-based iced tea cold-steeped with berries and citrus, then shaken with fresh raspberries, blueberries, and mint.
Martha’s Turkey Cobb Sandwich
Oven-roasted turkey layered with candied bacon, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, dijonnaise, basil, and romaine on rustic country bread.
Martha’s Tomato Tart
A savory blend of cherry tomatoes, fontina cheese, roasted garlic, and fresh thyme in Martha’s signature buttery crust.
Martha’s Ultimate Kitchen Sink Cookie
A chewy medley of dark chocolate, toasted pecans, apricots, sour cherries, and coconut—a maximalist take on a nostalgic favorite.
Martha’s Crème Brûlée Sugar Bun
A croissant hybrid filled with homemade vanilla pastry cream, finished with a caramelized top and sugar-crusted shell.
This first installment reflects what Thomas Joseph, EVP of Culinary at Marquee Brands, describes as the shared essence of both brands:
“Maman cafés truly feel like a love letter to the kind of entertaining and elevated comfort the Martha Stewart brand has championed for decades.”

A Collaboration Rooted in Lifestyle
Beyond its menu, Maman has grown into a lifestyle brand with retail offerings in culinary, home design, and entertaining—further aligning it with the Martha Stewart ethos. The partnership will continue through seasonal menu updates in September, November, and December, bringing new Martha-inspired recipes to life with each change in season.
The collaboration speaks directly to the growing desire for experiences that blend dining with design, nostalgia with novelty. It also highlights the evolution of cafés like Maman into cultural hubs—spaces that celebrate daily rituals and well-crafted indulgences alike.
