Revelry at Wynn Las Vegas: The Return of a World-Class Culinary Festival
This fall, Wynn Las Vegas will once again command the spotlight on the global dining stage as Revelry, its premier culinary festival, returns for a second edition, taking place September 19–27. Following a critically praised debut, the 2025 celebration promises an even more ambitious week of chef-driven dinners, immersive tastings, and epicurean programming designed to delight and surprise even the most seasoned gastronomes.
Presented in collaboration with industry visionary Elizabeth Blau and anchored by Wynn’s global culinary talent, Revelry 2025 will spotlight not only the resort’s elite chefs, sommeliers, and mixologists, but also guest chefs from some of the world’s most acclaimed restaurants—bringing together James Beard Award winners, Michelin-starred innovators, and mixology legends under one glittering roof.
The Feast: A Grand Tour of Taste
The marquee event, The Feast, takes place on Saturday, September 20 at Wynn’s Event Pavilion and Lawn. This expansive walk-around tasting is not a typical food festival experience—it’s a curated journey through themed culinary “realms,” each helmed by an elite team of chefs and paired with imaginative cocktails and rare wines.
Among the standout experiences:

Sweet Dreams:
Pastry artistry by Chef Roxana Jullapat, Chef Daniel Mattern (Friends & Family), and Wynn’s own Jennifer Yee.
