This July, Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is marking its 46th anniversary with more than just a toast—it’s making history. The award-winning steakhouse, known for its signature pork chops and refined tableside presentations, has unveiled the Perry’s Reserve Premier Cru Champagne, a private-label collaboration years in the making.
Crafted in partnership with the revered Maurice Philippart Champagne House, a family-owned producer with eight generations of winemaking tradition, Perry’s Premier Cru is not just another celebratory pour—it’s a statement of elegance, craftsmanship, and the brand’s enduring commitment to quality.
A Grower’s Champagne Rooted in Heritage
The Perry’s Reserve Premier Cru Champagne hails from the prestigious village of Chigny-les-Roses, nestled near Reims in France’s famed Champagne region. This Carte d’Or Premier Cru is a grower Champagne—meaning it’s produced by the same estate that cultivates the grapes—resulting in a highly terroir-driven expression. Expect a golden hue, refined effervescence, floral aromatics, and a crisp citrus finish designed to pair with a variety of dishes beyond traditional seafood.
“Champagne is far more versatile than many people realize. It’s not just a toast at the start of the evening. At Perry’s, we’re showcasing how beautifully it pairs not only with the classic seafood pairings but also our signature steaks and our famous pork chop.”

An Elevated Pairing Experience
To enhance the Champagne experience, each glass is accompanied by a Perry’s Champagne Biscuit—a delicate, pink-hued treat inspired by the historic “Biscuits of Reims,” which date back to the 17th century. Perry’s version is designed for gentle dipping, lending a hint of sweetness and a sparkling finish to every sip.
For those looking to broaden their palate, Perry’s has introduced a limited-time Reserve Anniversary Wine Flight, available throughout July for $20. The trio includes two-ounce pours of Perry’s Reserve Premier Cru Champagne, Perry’s Reserve Chardonnay, and Perry’s Reserve Rosé, offering guests a curated taste of the steakhouse’s Private Reserve wine portfolio.
