Michelin Meets Worth: Palm House and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Unveil a Rare Culinary Stay for the Discerning Palate

The Newly Launched “Michelin Moments” Package Pairs Palm Beach Leisure With Miami’s Only Two Michelin-Starred Restaurant for a Seamless Two-Night Journey Through South Florida’s Most Refined Hospitality Offerings

A Culinary Itinerary Tailored for the Elevated Traveler

July 18th, 2025 – A stay in Palm Beach rarely needs an upgrade—unless, of course, that upgrade comes with front-row access to Miami’s most decorated dining room. This summer, Palm House Hotel and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon have partnered to launch Michelin Moments, a two-night luxury package that fuses high design, high flavor, and high-touch service into one artfully crafted experience.

Now available for a limited time, the package offers guests a curated itinerary that begins in Palm Beach’s most anticipated new hotel and culminates in an exclusive evening at Florida’s only two Michelin-starred restaurant. It’s not just a stay. It’s a statement.

Night One: Palm House and the Allure of Island Indulgence

Tucked just off Worth Avenue, Palm House is the first U.S. property from L+R Hotels’ Iconic Luxury Hotels collection. It has quickly become the it-address for design-focused travelers, with interiors that playfully blend whimsical modernism and Palm Beach’s signature polish.

The Flagler Suite, centerpiece of the Michelin Moments package, sets the tone with its Alaskan King bed, custom Christa Wilm seashell installations, and soft-toned maximalism that toes the line between playful and serene. Guests will enjoy dinner at The Dining Room, the hotel's signature restaurant, which serves a Japanese-Peruvian menu that mirrors the hotel’s layered design philosophy—precise, unexpected, and confident.

There’s intention in every detail, from poolside Evian spritzes to the blush marble bar that anchors the lounge. This is luxury with a wink, and a sense of place that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Night Two: Michelin Precision in the Magic City

The second evening brings a change in tempo, with a private luxury car transferring guests south to Miami for a dinner at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, located in the Design District. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with priority reservations, prime seating, a complimentary drink, and a level of attention reserved for the restaurant’s most loyal patrons.

Led by Executive Chef James Friedberg, L’Atelier continues to build on Robuchon’s enduring legacy—counter-style fine dining where the open kitchen becomes part of the performance. Friedberg’s approach fuses French technique with seasonal, globally sourced ingredients, delivered in tasting menus that feel simultaneously rooted and revelatory.

Since Michelin began awarding stars in Florida in 2022, L’Atelier has consistently earned the guide’s highest regional praise, further solidifying its place among the country's most respected fine dining rooms. It operates under The Bastion Collection, the group behind Le Jardinier, Bar Bastion, and other lauded concepts across New York, Miami, Houston, and Geneva, guided by Chef Alain Verzeroli.

Note: the dinner bill at L’Atelier is not included in the package rate—because discretion, after all, is part of the luxury.

Where Two Icons Converge

“Michelin Moments” is more than clever branding. It’s a thoughtful integration of two hospitality philosophies—Palm House’s breezy refinement and L’Atelier’s gastronomic precision—that rarely meet in a single trip, let alone a single reservation.

Together, the two properties tell a uniquely South Florida story: of island-side leisure in Palm Beach and culinary pageantry in Miami; of heritage and innovation; of spaces where modern luxury is defined by narrative, not just amenities.

The package is now available for booking via www.palmhousehotel.com. Availability is limited.

For the luxury traveler seeking an experience where every detail is curated, every meal is memorable, and every moment is framed by thoughtful design—Michelin Moments offers the kind of synergy only possible when two icons decide to collaborate.
