Margaritas Meet Mayhem: Casamigos Unleashes CASA-SOHO in the Heart of London
Casamigos is shaking things up this August in true tequila-fueled fashion. The cult-loved tequila brand—famed for its signature blue-green branding and namesake “House of Friends” ethos—is bringing CASA-SOHO, a first-of-its-kind social takeover, to London’s most legendary postcode on Tuesday, August 12 and Wednesday, August 13.
Designed as an immersive celebration of connection, community, and Casamigos cocktails, CASA-SOHO transforms the area’s most characterful venues into stages for music, margaritas, and moments with mates. Think: 2-for-1 frozen margs, rooftop DJ sets, and a curated festival map disguised as a zine—all tied together by a tequila bottle and the spirit of spontaneity.
The Teal Takeover Begins at The Teal Posts
The epicenter of the experience? The Blue Posts on Berwick Street, reimagined as The Teal Posts in honor of Casamigos’ iconic brand hue. Here, guests can sip 2-for-1 frozen Casamigos margaritas during Happy Hour (5–7PM daily) while Soho Radio broadcasts a live takeover. DJ sets by Joel Mignott, Goldie Quaker, and Rachel Almeida will keep the tempo pulsing, while a pub quiz hosted by Real Housewives of Clapton x Hannah Crosbie adds a playful spin to the evening’s festivities.
A whimsical touch? Leanne’s Flowers, just outside The Teal Posts, will hand out complimentary posies—a clever nod to the floral notes in a Margarita’s citrusy DNA.
Rooftops, Rhythms, and the Casamigos Map-arita
A short stroll away, Broadwick Soho elevates the tempo with rooftop DJ sets from SKG, Donch, and Jordss, alongside a headline performance by Biig Piig, one of London’s most exciting breakout acts. The vibe is effortlessly elevated, marrying tequila-fueled revelry with Soho’s signature eclecticism.
To help guests navigate the neighborhood-wide experience, Casamigos is debuting the Map-arita—a limited-edition zine created in collaboration with Polyester, available exclusively at Good News Soho, the cult-favorite newsagent known for stocking covetable indie publications. Part guide, part collectible, the Map-arita outlines every participating venue while spotlighting curated cultural hits along the way.
Soho Bars, Margarita Stars
Beyond the main events, CASA-SOHO introduces a district-wide Casamigos Happy Hour across several of Soho’s best-loved establishments. Each partner venue will serve their own signature take on the Casamigos margarita, including:
Black Tap
Bar Americain
Sucre
The George
And if tequila-induced cravings hit, a stop at Breadstall offers the cheekily titled “Margs & Margs” combo—a Casamigos Blanco frozen margarita paired with a margarita pizza slice. Because balance.
A Festival of Friendship in the Capital’s Social Capital
More than just a pop-up, CASA-SOHO is a celebration of London’s after-work culture, late-night wanderers, and impromptu gatherings that define the Soho spirit.
“It’s a love letter to spontaneous after work drinks, Soho’s iconic entertainment and drinking culture, and the eclectic crowds of friends that gather here, which is exactly what Casamigos is all about.”
Kandace Williamson, Senior Culture and Entertainment Lead at Casamigos
“Casamigos quite literally translates to ‘House of Friends’ and that spirit is at the heart of CASA-SOHO. It’s more than just a festival—it’s a gathering that celebrates connection, community and the joy of coming together this summer over a margarita.”
Whether you’re a local who knows every shortcut through Soho or a curious newcomer discovering its layers, CASA-SOHO promises two days of curated chaos, tequila in hand and music in the air.
