In a move that marries refined real estate with elevated dining, the first permanent location of Ezio’s Steakhouse will debut in late fall 2025 at 72 Park, the new LEED Gold-certified luxury condominium tower by Lefferts in Miami Beach’s North Beach district.

Helmed by Brandon Hoy and Chef Carlo Mirarchi—the acclaimed duo behind Roberta’s and East Village’s Foul Witch—Ezio’s arrives with the kind of pedigree that turns a neighborhood into a dining destination. Their inaugural brick-and-mortar for Ezio’s will occupy 2,200 square feet of prime retail frontage at 72 Park’s northwest corner, joining approximately 10,000 square feet of ground-level lifestyle spaces at 580 72nd Street.

A Steakhouse with Soul—and a Signature Dry-Age Program

Ezio’s isn’t just another upscale steakhouse—it’s a love letter to Italian tradition, named for Mirarchi’s father and steeped in the values of thoughtful hospitality. The concept first emerged as a short-term pop-up inside the original Roberta’s in Bushwick, where it quickly proved its staying power with meticulous technique, serious sourcing, and generous spirit.

At its Miami Beach flagship, Ezio’s will serve a menu rooted in handmade pastas, local seafood, and a standout dry-aging program for beef and lamb. Signature dishes include the 30-Day Dry-Aged Lamb Saddle, 90-Day Dry-Aged Rib Steak for Two, Whole-Roasted John Dory, and Charbroiled Veal Sweetbreads—each prepared with the kind of conviction that mirrors the restaurant’s ethos: to deliver an experience that’s both elevated and intimate.

Complementing the menu, the bar program will showcase cocktails crafted with local fruit and an extensive wine list that leans into boutique producers and Italian depth.

“We are excited to bring Ezio’s Steakhouse to Miami Beach’s dynamic culinary scene. We feel privileged to contribute to the energy and growth happening in North Beach, and 72 Park is the perfect location for Ezio’s first brick-and-mortar venture. The destination aligns with our dedication to offering guests enjoyable and unforgettable dining experiences.”

For Mendy Chudaitov, founder of Lefferts, Ezio’s is more than just a tenant—it’s a cultural complement to 72 Park’s lifestyle vision. “As a native New Yorker, I admire how Brandon and Chef Mirarchi approach hospitality through thoughtful, experience-driven concepts,” he noted.

“Their commitment to quality and creativity align perfectly with the 72 Park lifestyle. We’re proud to welcome them and look forward to the energy Ezio’s will bring to NoBe.”

Completed in March 2025, the 22-story 72 Park tower is the first luxury condominium to open in North Beach in over five years—and the first in Miami Beach to permit short-term rentals. Designed by Built Form with interiors and landscaping by Urban Robots Associates, the building is already 97% sold. Remaining units range from 470 to 1,177 square feet, starting in the $800,000s.

The Roberta’s Legacy, Reinvented in Miami

Ezio’s is an extension of Hoy and Mirarchi’s culinary universe—one that started with Roberta’s, the Bushwick institution known for wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas like the Bee Sting and Speckenwolf. Since 2008, the Roberta’s brand has expanded across New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, and even Singapore, earning critical acclaim and global recognition. Their East Village restaurant, Foul Witch, was listed in The New York Times 100 Best Restaurants in New York City in 2024, and Roberta’s most recently appeared on The New York Times’ May 2025 roundup of The 22 Best Pizza Places in New York Right Now.

Ezio’s brings that same thoughtfulness to Miami—with dry-aged meats in place of mozzarella, and coastal Italian flair replacing the borough grit. The dining room will be Miami’s introduction to a hospitality mindset honed in Brooklyn and elevated for the beach.

With 72 Park reshaping the North Beach skyline and Ezio’s poised to become its culinary anchor, this partnership delivers more than luxury—it offers a sense of place, flavor, and legacy that feels as intentional as it is exciting. For North Beach, fall can’t come soon enough.
