This month, the Giralda Avenue destination is expanding its cultural calendar, debuting a high-energy happy hour series, refreshing its lunch menu, and joining the city’s much-anticipated Miami Spice Restaurant Program with multi-course offerings at an exceptional value.

Beloved by regulars for its immersive celebration of Latin heritage, Arcano’s monthly Noches de Raíces has a new permanent slot — the first Wednesday of every month. On Wednesday, August 6, the series will spotlight the Dominican Republic with an evening of music, signature cocktails, and traditional flavors. Guests can savor Pastelitos (beef empanadas) and Yaniqueques (fried dough discs) alongside cocktail specials like a tamarind rum punch. This sensory mix of heritage and hospitality continues to make Noches de Raíces a core part of Arcano’s identity.

Launching Thursday, August 7, Vibras @ Arcano is designed as a weekly after-work gathering for those who appreciate live music, expertly mixed drinks, and the social pulse of Coral Gables. The evening unfolds with extended happy hour specials, curated DJ sets, and a menu of award-winning cocktails. The timing couldn’t be better — Arcano was just named “Best Cocktails” in The City Beautiful by Coral Gables Magazine. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the drink specials and linger late to soak in the atmosphere.

Arcano’s lunch menu is now reimagined for both convenience and flavor. New bowls and sandwiches, crafted from fresh ingredients and infused with Latin flair, offer a midday escape for professionals and locals. The updated offerings join existing favorites to create a lunch service that’s as satisfying for a quick solo bite as it is for a lingering business meeting.

For those seeking a deeper exploration of Arcano’s culinary style, Miami Spice delivers a three-course menu at an accessible price point — $35++ per person for lunch and $45++ for dinner. The menus celebrate bold Latin flavors and inventive presentations.

Starters might include Guacamole Ahumado, elevated with jalapeño charcoal oil and cocoa bread; Croquetas de Camarón with a bright citrus emulsion; or ceviche enriched with strawberry leche de tigre. Entrees span from Arroz Imperial with yuca fries to Pato Con Mole, where seared duck breast rests on corn puree beneath a spiced mole, and Pargo Caribeño, a snapper fillet served over island rice with achiote-lime sauce. The Milanesa de Pollo — topped with quesillo and tomato jelly — offers another satisfying choice.

Desserts carry the experience home, from Marquesa de Chocolate to Pan de Plátano and a zesty citrus-infused tres leches. Guests dining at dinner can also opt for Arcano’s exclusive $40 cocktail pairing, featuring one handcrafted cocktail per course and a take-home infused spirit sampler — a liquid memento of the evening.
