Amazónico Brings Its Latin American Spirit to Miami This Fall

A new chapter in Miami’s dining and nightlife story begins this September, as Amazónico opens its doors in the heart of Brickell. Known for its Latin American-inspired cuisine, eclectic music, and lush design, the brand has captivated audiences in Madrid, London, Dubai, and Monte-Carlo. Now, co-founders Sandro Silva and Marta Seco are ready to unveil Amazónico’s first U.S. location, describing Miami as “the natural next step” for their global concept.
“Miami was the natural next step. We’ve always felt like Amazónico was made for this city. The cultural energy, the people, the rhythm of life, all align perfectly with what we’ve built.”

Three Floors of Culinary and Cultural Discovery
Amazónico Miami offers more than just a meal, it’s a multi-sensory journey through Latin American flavors, live music, and artful design. The ground floor houses the main restaurant, seamlessly blending indoor and open-air seating. A central stage will host nightly live bands, while an open kitchen gives guests a front-row view of the culinary craft.
Up the mirrored staircase, the second-floor Bar & Lounge heightens the tempo with resident DJs, percussionists, and a sushi counter for intimate dining. Signature cocktails, like the herbaceous Amazonegroni, the whimsical Peacock Spritz, the spicy Palomito, and the crisp Sangria Blanca, are crafted with rare spirits and exotic ingredients. This level also features a private dining room for up to 14 guests.
The rooftop on the third floor offers a more seductive take on Amazónico’s rainforest-inspired experience, with sweeping views of the Miami skyline and the full cocktail menu at your fingertips. Later this year, an exclusive late-night venue will open on this floor, modeled after its Monte Carlo counterpart and designed as a high-energy, jungle-infused hideaway.
A Menu Rooted in Brazilian Traditions
The culinary program, led by Silva, draws on ancestral Brazilian flavors reimagined in elegant, shareable plates. Dishes include:
Ensalada Amazónica – mango, avocado, confit tomato, kalamansi, citrus
Arroz Chaufa – red, black, and white whole grain rice, duck breast, fried egg
Lubina Al Espeto – line-caught sea bass cooked over open fire
Picanha Rodizio, Entraña, and Wagyu de Bife – premium regional meats
Corvina – yellowfin bass, artichokes, spicy warm broth (Miami-exclusive)
Centollo con Caviar – Alaska king crab with summer leaves and nikkei dressing (Miami-exclusive)
Guacho de Langostinos – black tiger prawns with semolina and coconut bisque (Miami-exclusive)
The wine program, curated by Group Sommelier Vincent Pastorello, highlights Spain’s great regions, South America’s diverse vineyards, and notable selections from France and the United States.
Design as Immersive as the Menu
Designed by Lázaro Rosa Violán, Amazónico Miami embraces deep greens, volcanic stone, tropical woods, and woven textures to evoke the spirit of a rainforest retreat. Inspired by Latin American modernism, the architecture incorporates floating forms, curved lines, and fluid indoor-outdoor spaces. The result is a venue that feels intimate yet expansive, perfect for both lively celebrations and intimate gatherings.
