Red POMegranate Moscow Mule or just Red Moscow Mule

The Moscow Mule gets its name from the ginger beer that “kicks you like a mule” with every sip. Our version gets an extra kick with a splash of POM juice. To make a mocktail, simply replace the vodka with extra ginger beer.

Serves 2

  • 1 cup (8 oz) ginger beer
  • 1 cup (8 oz) POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons agave
  • 10 to 14 splashes Orange Bitters
  • 3 oz vodka
  • Crushed Ice
  • POM POM Fresh Arils and lime wedges for garnish

• In a small pitcher stir together ginger beer, POM juice, lime, agave, orange bitters (to taste), and vodka. Divide mix between two Moscow Mule copper mugs and top with crushed ice to fill cup. Garnish with POM POMS and lime wedges.

POM Rose / Rose of POM / POMPOMs are Red

POM juice, rose water, gin, and tonic combine for a refreshing cocktail. Garnish with rose petals for a beautiful presentation. For a mocktail, simply leave out the gin and increase the POM juice and tonic water.

  • ¾ cup (6 oz) tonic water
  • 3 oz gin
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • Crushed ice

I've been fortunate enough to call Todd English a good friend for the last two decades, and of all the people I have encountered in my life, he epitomizes the very definition of a bon vivant who enjoys life to the fullest on his terms. At one point in his career, Chef Todd had 58 restaurants bearing the English name, and each project spoke to a different side of his expertise and personality, but all of his experiences have culminated into his latest project - The English Hotel. This labor of love embodies Todd's extraordinary talent and larger than life personality- irreverent, eclectic, cool, approachable, and of course trendsetting with a soul that celebrates good food and good times.
