Start by sampling tartlet with scallop tartare seasoned with fresh black truffle and light celeriac puree on the bottom. Proceed with wild mushroom soup with crispy mustard green ravioli and a touch of onion. Polish your meal with foie gras terrine breaded with toasted pistachio and served with smoked date jam, Strega and fennel. The afternoon tea course consists of the choice of your favorite beverage paired with chef-selected canapés and petit fours.
