eBay and GBK Brand Bar kicked off the celebrations during Art Basel Miami this year by hosting a multi day gift lounge at Istituto Marangoni Miami, and continued with an exhibition presence throughout the fair with a VIP opening cocktail starting on Nov 20. Both Art Basel attendees and those outside Miami will have a chance to bid online, and all proceeds will go towards the Miami Fashion Foundation, which provides scholarships to students enrolling in Istituto Marangoni Miami. Celebrities and VIPs who visited throughout the week were also invited to contribute to a large art piece located in the eBay luxury lounge, which is also being auctioned on eBay to raise funds for the Miami Fashion Foundation.
