Novikov Miami’s cocktail program, led by mixologist Vincenzo Foglia, highlights innovation and consistency while embracing the latest trends in mixology. Guests can continue to savor signature favorites like the Wasabi Martini alongside a revamped lineup of signature cocktails. Standout additions include the Kōhaku, a vibrant blend of blood orange infused Mexican reposado tequila, Cointreau, orange bitters and yuzu zest, and the Smoked Wagyu Negroni, featuring Wagyu and rosemary infused 400 Conejos mezcal, clarified Campari, and Lillet Blanc. The menu showcases techniques such as infusions, foams, and cocktail clarifications for an elevated and innovative cocktail selection.
Novikov Restaurant and Bar is the first Miami project for internationally renowned hospitality designer Adam D. Tihany, who worked as a design consultant to Peacock + Lewis in the development of the project. Novikov’s entrance is bright and inviting, with comfortable bar seating and a curated art collection. The wave-like ribs of the ceiling design emanate from the center, seemingly undulating with the excitement of the kitchen. Textured wood walls envelop the space, while structural columns reimagined as graceful tree trunks disappear into the curving ceiling fins. The more intimate dining spaces comprise a sushi bar and a private chef’s table. Guests can enjoy the beautiful Miami weather while dining al fresco on the outside terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay.
