April 8, 2025 — In a ceremony marked by both symbolism and celebration, Turnberry and Juneau Construction Company officially topped out ONE Park Tower by Turnberry, the 33-story luxury condominium now rising at the heart of the SoLé Mia development in North Miami. The April 4 event marked the completion of the building’s structural framework, a key moment as the tower moves toward its planned debut in Summer 2026.

Developed by two woman-led firms and designed by global architecture powerhouse Arquitectonica, ONE Park Tower spans 869,000 square feet and will offer 292 high-end residences, including three full floors of penthouses with five distinct layouts. Residences start at $900,000, a competitive entry point for a property of this scale, especially given its proximity to water, nature, and curated lifestyle amenities.
