Announced April 23, the project introduces a bold vision for residential living in Central Texas, merging high-end amenities with cutting-edge construction and a curated resort lifestyle.

A Collection of 25 Custom Residences

At the heart of The Canyon Club’s master plan is a portfolio of 25 bespoke homes. These include a mix of traditionally built 5- and 6-bedroom estates priced from $2.6 million and a limited collection of five 3D-printed residences designed by construction technology leader ICON. These 3,400-square-foot, four-bedroom homes are engineered for energy efficiency and sustainability, seamlessly integrating architecture with the contours of the canyons and lakefront terrain.

Offered through a fractional ownership model, each ICON home is divided into 1/8 shares starting in the low $400Ks, granting six weeks of annual access, along with full membership privileges.
