The project is a collaboration between Goat Hospitality Group and nightlife veterans Derek Gonzalez, Keith Paciello, and Ryan Van Milligen, each with deep roots in Miami’s hospitality scene. With LunaSol, they’re not simply adding another club to the mix—they’re defining a new standard for post-dinner luxury nightlife in a neighborhood already known for its culinary cachet.

LunaSol unfolds across 5,000 square feet, split into two distinct experiences: a sultry front-of-house cocktail lounge and a high-energy nightclub in the back. The cocktail lounge will operate Tuesday through Saturday from 5 PM to 11 PM, offering signature drinks, chef-curated small plates, and an ambient soundtrack of classic house, disco, and dance—evoking the refined spirit of a vinyl listening bar with a Miami twist.

Come nightfall on Fridays and Saturdays, the energy shifts. Behind the lounge lies LunaSol’s club component, open from 10 PM to 3 AM, pulsing with a world-class DJ lineup spinning Afro-Latin, house, electronic, and dance beats. Elevated seating offers bottle service and prime views of the dance floor, while a celestial-inspired retractable roof opens to the Miami sky—delivering the rare thrill of dancing beneath the stars.

The beverage program at LunaSol takes familiar favorites and reinterprets them with a refined, house-crafted edge. Every cocktail is built on a base of super-premium spirits, fresh juices, and house-made purées, resulting in a menu that’s dynamic, elevated, and refreshingly Miami.
