Burgess and Ultima Collection Launch €720,000 Ultra-Luxury Land-and-Sea Escape for Summer 2025
A Seamless Journey Between Sea and Summit
July 1st, 2025 – In an unprecedented collaboration between two pillars of luxury travel, Burgess—the global leader in superyacht experiences—and Ultima Collection, renowned for its award-winning portfolio of private estates and boutique hotels, have joined forces to unveil an elite summer offering designed for the most discerning clientele. Launching in Summer 2025, the Ultima Collection x Burgess experience introduces a curated 14-day itinerary that pairs a week aboard the 235-foot superyacht KOGO with a week in one of Ultima’s signature private villas or chalets across Europe.
The price tag begins at €720,000 (approximately $775,000 USD), and availability is limited, underscoring the rarity and appeal of the experience. This isn’t simply about travel—it’s about narrative, continuity, and immersion across two of life’s most exquisite settings.
Seven Nights Afloat Aboard KOGO
Refitted in 2025 to reflect a new era of elegance, the 71.7-meter KOGO is a floating sanctuary, complete with a crew of 21 and features designed to meet the demands of both high-adventure and high-relaxation.
Originally delivered by Alstom Leroux Naval, the vessel features exterior styling by Tim Heywood and tranquil, Zen-inspired interiors by Terence Disdale. From the expansive sun deck with a Jacuzzi to the cinema-grade saloon and fully equipped spa and gym, KOGO represents a holistic experience of luxury at sea.
Guests will stay in a beautifully appointed primary suite and six double guest cabins, enjoy a sprawling beach club, and have access to an enviable collection of toys including wave runners, Seabobs, and an eFoil. Every moment is guided by precision and purpose—whether that’s diving into crystalline waters, savoring a private chef’s tasting menu, or attending exclusive soirées along the Côte d’Azur.
Seven Nights Ashore with Ultima Collection
After a week sailing through hidden coves and iconic coastlines, guests transition to land without compromising on privacy or personalization. Ultima Collection offers a portfolio of refined properties that feel more like private sanctuaries than typical accommodations.
Coastal options include Ultima Corfu, with panoramic views of the Ionian Sea, and Le Grand Jardin—a historic estate set on the private Île Sainte-Marguerite, just off Cannes. Alternatively, guests may choose alpine escapes like Ultima Megève or Ultima Crans-Montana, both of which provide secluded luxury complete with full-service staff, wellness spas, and interiors that blend mountain charm with contemporary design.
Each residence within the Ultima portfolio offers a continuation of the standards set at sea: discretion, customization, and detail-driven hospitality in spectacular surroundings.
Tailored Itinerary, Elevated Expectations
The €720,000 starting rate includes the full 14-day experience: seven nights on KOGO and seven nights at a selected Ultima property, with itinerary design, seamless logistics, and curated service throughout. Additional costs such as fuel, food, excursions, and port fees are billed separately to preserve the itinerary’s adaptability.
This bespoke collaboration reflects a growing demand among luxury travelers for fluidity across formats—where the distinctions between yacht, hotel, and home fade in favor of a continuous, personalized journey. As Sven Flory, Chief Commercial Officer of Ultima Collection, notes, “Our villas and chalets have often been described as superyachts on land... This collaboration with Burgess was a natural fit.”
It’s also a celebration of legacy. Burgess marks 50 years in the yachting industry in 2025, and this initiative highlights the brand’s commitment to elevating the charter experience into new domains.
