Hosted by Alex Witkoff of The Witkoff Group and Jonah Sonnenborn of Access Industries, the exclusive grand opening event unfolded in two exquisite settings. The evening began at Dutchman’s Pipe, where guests were treated to butler-passed hors d’oeuvres, including wagyu pastry bites and truffle ricotta crostini, while admiring the meticulously crafted course.
The celebration continued at The Belgrove’s spa pool area, where guests were welcomed with glasses of champagne before indulging in a chef-curated menu featuring a lavish seafood display, a bespoke sushi bar, pasta and pizza stations, and gourmet bites served inside a private cabana. Set against a breathtaking sunset, the night was elevated by celebrity DJ Cardi, whose rhythmic beats—paired with a live saxophonist—set the tone for the evening. The celebration culminated with fire dancers, offering a mesmerizing close to a night of grandeur.
